We offer an annual, reduced-rate Professional Liability policy designed for dentists who volunteer at organized events, projects or community service programs. To qualify, you must be licensed and offer services without remuneration other than actual expenses.

Steps to apply for volunteer coverage:

Step 1

Contact us to request the reduced-rate Professional Liability application and supplemental
information form.

Step 2

Complete application and supplemental information form.

Step 3

Obtain letter from the program director outlining your volunteer duties.

Step 4

Return all documents to your agent no less than three days before the event.
