Our story begins on July 1, 1980, in a climate of skyrocketing malpractice insurance premiums, when a bold group of dental association members took action to ensure choice, agency and equity for their peers in dentistry. They built The Dentists Insurance Company, TDIC. Since that time, we’ve grown to protect dentists in 15 states, delivering award-winning service, receiving the endorsement of several state dental associations and earning the trust of our policyholder community.
